Creating a New User

New users are created from the User Management >> Overview screen. To create a new user, click on the New User Button.

Step by step

1. Enter user Firstname and Lastname. Note lastname is optional.
   
2. Create a login for the user. This will also be the users Subversion access login and control panel login if you grant the user administrator rights. The username cannot be changed later so choose carefully.
   
3. Add an email address for the user.
   
4. Either accept the temporary password, or create a new password for the user.
   
5. Click on Create New User. The user will be emailed a link using the email address you specified requiring them to change their password. They must do this before they can access any resources.

Notes

If you've reached your account limit for new users, the new user dialog will display a message advising you have reached your limit. If this happens, you'll have to delete one of your users or upgrade your account.
