Implimenting scheduled backups

Scheduled backups automatically send compressed backups to your own FTP site.

The backup functionality can be found in your control panel (available free to Enterprise users)

To add a scheduled backup, click the "Schedule New Backup" button:

• Project: Choose your project from the drop down menu. You can choose the same project multiple times and send the backup to multiple destinations
• Frequency: You can set the backup to run Daily, Weekly or Monthly
• FTP Host: The url or ipaddress of your ftp server
• Port: The port of your ftp server (usually 21)
• Login Name: Your username
• Password: Your password
• Directory: The directory into which you wish the backup to be placed.

Once your schedule has been saved it will show up on screen like below:

The backup will be placed in your backup directory with the file name PROJECTNAME_DATE.tar.gz
