error committing to repo

Hi there,

I am suddenly getting this error this morning... "Failed to start '/guest/ecopurity/subversion/soccerdroid/hooks/pre-commit' hook"

I did update my tortoiseSVN to version 1.7 but I don't think this is a problem as I am able to connect to another source control host.

   Hi Teik

   I think there may have been a permissions problem on that file, I have fixed it now. Can you try committing again?
